Welcome to Dugoutlive! These Terms govern your use of our mobile application and associated platforms (collectively, “Service”). By using Dugoutlive, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.​

 

1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dugoutlive. Users under 18 may only use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities under your account.
   

3. Permissions We Request

📍 Location
We request access to your device’s location to deliver relevant, personalized content (like nearby matches, trending players, and local discussions). You can manage this in your device settings.

📇 Contacts
We request permission to access your contacts to help you connect seamlessly with friends and family already using Dugoutlive. We do not store your contacts—matching happens locally and securely.

Data We Collect
When you use Dugoutlive, we may collect personal information such as your phone number, email address, and content you post, including comments, chats, and referrals. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device information, and usage behavior for performance, personalization, and safety purposes.

 

4. Content & Conduct Guidelines

You may not:

• Post illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.

• Harass, impersonate others, or spread misinformation.

• Interfere with platform operations or use bots.

Community Moderation
We may remove content or suspend users for violations, with or without notice. We may also use automated tools to flag problematic behavior (e.g., spam or abuse).
 

5. User-Generated Content
 

Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you post.

License to Dugoutlive
By posting content (images, comments, chats), you grant Dugoutlive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and promote it in connection with:

• Platform operations

• Social media promotion

• Community engagement

Where possible, we will credit original creators.
 

Referral Program
 

Dugoutlive may offer referral programs that allow you to invite others to join the platform. When participating, you agree not to engage in spammy or fraudulent referrals. Referral bonuses (if any) are subject to eligibility and may be revoked in cases of abuse.
Information shared for referrals, such as the phone number or email of a friend, is used solely to facilitate the referral process and is handled per our Privacy Policy.
 

6. Encrypted Chats

 

Private chats are end-to-end encrypted and cannot be viewed by Dugoutlive. We only retain metadata (timestamps, sender/receiver info) for:

• Platform integrity

• Abuse investigations

• Legal compliance

We do not use chat content for ads or analytics.

 

7. Copyright Infringement & Takedown

 

If you believe your work is used without permission, email us at admin@dugoutlive.com with:

• Description of the content

• Proof of ownership

• URL or screenshot of infringing use

We will investigate and act swiftly in compliance with applicable law.

 

8. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Dugoutlive harmless against any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service

• Your content

• Any breach of these Terms or applicable laws

• Loss of profits, data, or reputation

• Content posted by users

• We detect suspicious, harmful, or fraudulent activity

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana. Users agree to resolve issues informally before legal proceedings.
